Everything you need to know before your next sweet stop.

Ice roll (rolled ice cream) is made by pouring a liquid ice cream base onto a frozen steel pan between -15°C and -20°C. We spread it thin, mix in your chosen flavors and toppings, then scrape it into tight rolls right before your eyes. The technique originated in Thailand, and we've brought that same fresh, made-to-order experience to Coral Bay.

Ingredients & Fat

Gelato: More milk than cream, rarely eggs and around 4–9% fat.

Ice cream: More cream, often egg yolks and around 10–25% fat.

Texture & Churning

Gelato: Churned slowly, creating a dense and silky texture.

Ice cream: Churned faster, incorporating more air for a lighter texture.

Serving Temperature

Gelato: Around -12°C to -9°C for a richer flavor.

Ice cream: Around -18°C to -20°C for a firmer consistency.

Yes. All our sorbet gelato options are dairy-free (but not vegan). Just ask our team when ordering and we'll show you the available flavors.

Yes. Street parking is available along Coral Bay Avenue, and there's also a free parking lot just a one-minute walk from our shop.

We have seating on-site if you'd like to relax and enjoy your dessert fresh. Please note that we don't have a toilet on-site. The nearest public toilet is about a 3-minute walk away.
